About StudioOne
The studio has been recently refitted and comprises a custom built control room and three live areas, all with natural light, and is now particularly suited to solo artists and writers, acoustic and choral work, and small groups. Our system is based around Macs running Logic Studio Pro and Final Cut Pro, the industry standards audio and video production.
We use good quality equipment, but most importantly we use our ears. As musicians, we understand the importance of delivering the sound you want.
The studio boasts a beautifully restored and maintained Steinway Grand Piano, a classic Fender Rhodes, and a selection of vintage synthesizers. We also have a small collection of instruments, including electric and acoustic violins, horns, and guitars.
We offer a productive, professional, yet relaxed atmosphere. Other services on offer include transferring analogue audio into the digital domain, and cleaning and restoring noisy recordings.

Music Projects
We can help you produce the recording you desire, and can source session musicians, including orchestral players, and can also help you write scores or midi tracks to sued with your creations. We also offer advice and guidance on your audio project from making a demo of songs using backing tracks to recording a complete album of songs. We also undertake short run CD and CDR production, including artwork, jewel cases, and inserts. However big or small, we'll give your project our complete attention and expertise.
Mobile Projects
The StudioOneLocation mobile recording studio uses both DAW and Tape based digital systems. We come to you, wherever you are, and record in full digital quality, and then edit and master back at StudioOne. For example we can record your choir or school concert, or work with music teachers to record music students. We also video services including filming, editing, and post production, through to DVD production.
We also supply sound reinforcement systems and sound engineering services, which are ideal for corporate functions, shows and exhibitions.
Corporate Projects
We record and digitally edit voice-overs for corporate presentations, promotions, sales briefings, management communications and training programmes. We also provide especially composed music to suit your company or product. We offer a complete service from original concept through to finished cassette or CD and we undertake short run CDR production.
